Terms of Service

Definition of the Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using every service provided by mibuki (the "Service"). The Service includes the websites, mobile applications and other related services operated by mibuki.

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not do any of the following.

• Anything that violates laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of mibuki or of a third party
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access
• Nuisance, harassment or defamation directed at other users
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without mibuki's prior consent
• Anything else mibuki judges to be inappropriate

Disclaimer

mibuki makes no warranty of any kind as to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the contents of the Service. The Service is provided "as is", and mibuki is not liable for any damage arising from its use.

mibuki may change the contents of the Service, or suspend or discontinue providing it, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in all content relating to the Service (text, images, logos, software and so on) belongs to mibuki or to its rightful owner. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or make secondary use of that content without mibuki's prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to these Terms.

Effective Date and Revisions

These Terms have been in effect since 12 April 2026. They were last updated on 28 July 2026.
