Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using Atom. (the "App"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

The App is provided for personal use. Users must not do any of the following.

• Decompiling or reverse engineering the App
• Illegal acts carried out using the App
• Anything else the developer judges to be inappropriate

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

The developer bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damage arising from use of the App. Because data is stored locally on the device, the developer bears no responsibility for the loss of data caused by failure or loss of the device.

Article 4 (Changes to the Terms)

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The changed Terms take effect from the moment they are displayed within the App.

Article 5 (Governing Law)

The law of Japan is the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
